What is your exchange policy?

We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be without embroidery or alterations, unworn, unwashed or unused, in its original packaging.

Shipping fees (for sending back and forth) shall be shouldered by the customer if the reason for exchange is change of size or other valid customer request/s (e.g. alterations and embroidery) .

The store will shoulder shipping fee/s for items with production defects or valid fulfillment issues (e.g. wrong size/color sent). 

What are the payment options?

You can pay through the following channels:
Paypal
Xendit (Paymaya, Grabpay, Cebuana Lhuiller, 7-Eleven, etc)
GCash
Bank Transfer to Unionbank
